Privacy policy
Jarvis mail sorter. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Who this is for
Jarvis mail sorter is a private tool. One person, its owner, uses it with their own email accounts. It has no other users and it is not offered to the public.
What access it asks for
The tool asks Google for read-only access to the owner's Gmail (the gmail.readonly permission). It cannot send, change, move or delete any email.
What it does with your data
- It reads the sender, subject and text of the owner's email to suggest which folder each message belongs in.
- It keeps the owner's choices (message, folder) in the owner's own private storage, to improve the suggestions.
- It runs on the owner's own computers. Email content is not sold, shared with other people, or used for advertising.
- Email content may be sent to an AI service for the single job of suggesting a folder. It is used for that job only.
Google user data
The use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
The owner can remove the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The owner can also ask for the stored data to be deleted.
